These are Hero ID & Hero spawn cards for a living version of Wong, using the Crisis Protocol model as a proxy. Could absolutely use the Bystander version as well. I’ve tested it a few times with friends and seems to be a useful, balanced character. The cards were made using the LukeS7 template from BGG.
