Weather effects can be both a help and a hinderance, providing new constraints to work around or fleeting bonuses to exploit: Do you try and harness the power of the storm to deal with a looming threat? Can you handle a sudden blizzard slowing forward movement to a crawl? Does the sight of a rainbow truly bring good luck?
