A simple set of fantasy classes which can be chosen during setup to add a bit of extra flavour.
Each class is based around getting a free Action of a different type along with additional abilities and restrictions to account for stronger/weaker actions.
This variant makes the game easier, and should be balanced by including harder spawns or playing with less survivors. It’s designed to allow for a 6 survivor quest to be played with 4 survivors.
Some classes require expansion content to utilise:
- Juggler (Friends and Foes) – though any other dagger could be used as a substitute
- Summoner (Friends and Foes)
- Lord (White Death)
- Monk (Eternal Empire)

Thanks! The art is just for flavour, a survivor of a particular class only starts with additional equipment if it is explicitly stated on the card.
Great ideas and brilliant cards. Would you be willing to share the master .psd file at all? There are a few things I’d want for my own games (Spellsword, in particular) and I was thinking of leaning into starting equipment over free actions (axe for Barbarian, 1d3 Plenty of Arrows for Hunter, torch for Rogue/Scout, etc).
