The idea here is that Red Hulk’s character card is two sided, with Red Hulk on one side and Thunderbolt Ross on the other. He can choose to transform between the 2 at will during the turn. Just flip the card over and swap out the model. My plan is to use the Heroes Resistance Hulk model for this one.
The card calls for Thunderbolt Ross to summon SHIELD Troopers, which I would assume everybody has. If you wanted to make it more thematically appropriate you could swap them out for little army guys if you wanted (maybe from the BOLT action line), but the SHIELD Troopers will work fine.
